Wolff adding 22.7 acres to Beacon Hill

WALLER – Wolff Cos. has acquired 22.7 acres adjacent to its Beacon Hill master-planned community on US 290.

The land was purchased from the McCaig Family Limited Partnership. The addition brings Beacon Hill to 587 acres.

Nearly 11 acres will used for commercial development with the remainder slated for drainage and detention.
