1960 – 1979

1960s Brookhollow Business Park, a planned, commercial development is created and developed by the principals of Wolff Companies during the late 1960s.
1970 Wolff, Morgan and Company founded in Houston, TX
1970 Acquisition of two properties totaling 97 acres in the first year
1970 Creation of Beltway Business Park
1971 Beltway Business Park’s first sale (Brittmore Park – 52 acres)
1972 First acquisition in Park 10; first acquisition in Westway Park.
1973 Park 10’s first sale to Pullman-Kellogg, a predecessor to Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) (14 acres)
1979 David S. Wolff co-founds the West Houston Association

1991 Westway’s first sale (Shell Oil – 1.3 acres) marks the beginning of the land business rebound in Houston
1995 Wolff Companies celebrate 25th Anniversary

1996 First and final sale in Westlake (sold 5 parcels in one year)
1998 Acquisition of First Crossing (65 acres)
