Biography
David V. Gaffney joined Wolff Companies in 2018 and serves as the Controller. He works on the management of the company’s financial asset and real estate portfolios as well as strategic planning, accounting, tax, human resources, and information technology.
Mr. Gaffney graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2010 and holds a Masters in Accounting from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Business, where he graduated with honors. He is licensed as a CPA in Texas, and as an inactive in good standing CPA in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Wolff Companies, Mr. Gaffney was the Director of Finance for JCP Investment Management LLC, an SEC-registered private investment fund in Houston Texas. He also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Philadelphia and Houston, with an emphasis on real estate and alternative asset management clients. Other experience includes internships for Insana Capital Partners in Fort Lee NJ, Société Générale in London UK, and Laffer Associates in Nashville TN.
Mr. Gaffney enjoys spending his weekends with his three children.
