NAIOP – Broker of the Year
Wolff Companies would like to congratulate the recent winners at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Houston Chapter’s Annual Broker of the Year Awards. As a past director and president of the local chapter, I have great appreciation for their dedication to quality commercial brokerage in Houston.
Tim Relyea and Jim Bailey of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas received Deal of the Year honors, while NAI Houston was named Pacesetter. Brian Corriston of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group earned Industrial Rising Star recognition, and Jonathan Farris of Cushman & Wakefield was named Industrial Broker of the Year. The Staubach Company’s Steve Burkett garnered Office Broker of the Year accolades.
Developing prime commercial land in Houston for more than 30 years, Wolff Companies has been privileged to work with the best in the business at our landmark properties of First Crossing, Interwood, Park 10, Ten Oaks and Westway Park.
The best commercial brokers are trusted advisors to their clients. They are driven to find the best solutions, helping clients base their decisions upon the most current, comprehensive market information. Clients depend on brokers for more than the latest information about what has transpired, but also for guidance on where the land, office, industrial and multifamily markets are heading. The broker’s vantage point offers insight, experience and creativity. As a result, their clients gain real market intelligence.
I also want to thank our leading commercial brokers for serving as ambassadors, promoting our city and the benefits of locating businesses here. They are often the first call when a business is considering Houston for expansion or relocation.
Houston is an exciting and rewarding place to live and do business. The winners at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Houston Chapter’s Annual Broker of the Year Awards deserve an enormous amount of credit for that.
