Travis Land of Partners Real Estate represented the buyer Enclave Partners, LLC an affiliate of Adkisson Group in the acquisition of the building. Jude Filippone of Transwestern represented the seller.
The two-story building, constructed in 2005, is located in Northwest Houston, near Beltway 8 and Clay Road, south of Highway 290. The Westway Business Park was originally developed in the late 19990s by Wolff Companies, a Houston firm led by David Wolff.
In late 2020, the Adkisson Group made news when it has purchased a 158,700-SF manufacturing campus located at 6500 Brittmoore Road in Northwest Houston, not far from Westway Park. The Brittmoore campus consists of eight manufacturing buildings on more than 13 acres of land.
