2009 NAIOP Broker of the Year Awards
Last night the Houston chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, announced the 2009 winners of the annual Broker of the Year Awards. Wolff Companies would like to congratulate the honorees. As a past director and president of the local chapter, I have great appreciation for their dedication to quality commercial brokerage in Houston.
William L. “Bill” Rudolf of CBRE received Industrial Deal of the Year honors for the largest single industrial transaction in 2009, and Christopher G. Oliver andGeorge W. “Trey” Strake, III with Cushman and Wakefield of Texas, Inc. took home honors for the Office Deal of the Year.
NAI Houston was presented the Pacesetter Award. Joseph Smith and Jon Leeof CBRE received Industrial and Office Rising Star Awards, respectively.
Robert T. “Bob” Berry of Jones Lang LaSalle was named Industrial Broker of the Year. Cushman and Wakefield ‘s George W. “Trey” Strake, III also garneredOffice Broker of the Year accolades.
