Hines joins Waller master-planned community

Hines has acquired 78 acres for a build-to-suit industrial project within Wolff Cos.’s Beacon Hill master-planned community.

The site, west of Beacon Hill Blvd. along US 290, has room for 1.3 million sf of distribution, manufacturing, or logistics space.

NAI Partners represented Wolff and will market the property.

The 564-acre Beacon Hill project will include hundreds of homes, a business park, multifamily units, and retail.
