Located at the intersection of Westway Park Boulevard and Capital Park Drive, the 73,400 square-foot, five-story Class A office building and its accompanying five-level parking garage is the result of a booming energy market. Completion of the new structure is slated for March 2009. Seismic Exchange will occupy the entire building. This brings the total size of Seismic’s facilities in Westway Park to 156,400 square feet.
Powers Brown Architecture has designed the building and Rosenberger Construction is executing the plans. The company will seek LEED certification for its new facility.
Westway Park, a 150-acre planned business environment, has been sold out for almost a year, so it is exciting to see continued development and growth in the complex. For more information on Seismic Exchange, visit www.seismicexchange.com.
