Developing prime commercial land in Houston for more than 40 years, Wolff Companies has been privileged to work with the best in the business at our landmark properties of First Crossing, Westway Park, Interwood, Park 10, and Ten Oaks, in the Texas Medical Center –West Campus. As a past director and president of the Houston NAIOP chapter, I have great appreciation for these individuals’ dedication to quality commercial brokerage in Houston.
The best commercial brokers are trusted advisers to their clients. They are driven to find the best solutions, helping clients base their decisions upon the most current, comprehensive market information. Clients depend on brokers for more than the latest information about what has transpired, but also for guidance on where the commercial property markets are going in the foreseeable future.
Houston is an exciting and rewarding place to live and do business. The winners of the NAIOP Houston’s Broker of the Year Awards deserve credit for contributing to our community’s success.
