Many of the trees in Carolyn Wolff Park are 100 years old.

Carolyn Wolff Park offers residents, employees and visitors in Westway Park a retreat from workday stress, with a quiet and cool canopy formed by 83 trees, many of which are over 100 years old. When designing Westway Park, Wolff Companies created a conservation easement and an established an endowment to fund the preservation of the land and trees in Carolyn Wolff Park.

According to Trees for Houston, Wolff Companies’ efforts with Carolyn Wolff Park to make our city a greener, cleaner and more beautiful place to live, in addition to preventing erosion, managing rainwater and sheltering wildlife, made them a clear winner for the 2005 Arbor Day Awards.

Prime locations are still available in Westway Park, ranging from 2 acres to about 14.9 acres, including a site bordering beautiful and award-winning Carolyn Wolff Park.
