Stylecraft Builders Acquires Land in Brenham from Wolff Companies for New Residential Development

 

Wolff Companies has sold a key tract of land in Brenham to Stylecraft Builders, a residential homebuilder based in College Station, for future development. The 86.7-acre land parcel, not yet named by the builder, is located on State Highway 36 and is in close proximity to several new Brenham schools, commercial amenities and downtown Brenham.

"Stylecraft has been active in the Brenham market for many years, developing high-quality residential communities," said David Hightower, Executive Vice President of Wolff Companies who also represented the Seller in the transaction.

Stylecraft builds in eight markets throughout South Central Texas, including Ralston Creek in Brenham that offers single-family homes from $180,000 to $380,000.

CTX Land Investments, Ltd., an affiliate of Stylecraft Builders, Inc. acquired the land from Wolff Washington County Partners, Ltd., an affiliate of Wolff Companies. Doug French, CEO of Stylecraft, represented the Buyer. Hightower represented Wolff Washington County Partners, Ltd.

The Seller is also the principal sponsor of Gates Ranch, a Community of Family Farms located near Chappell Hill in Washington County. "Washington County is less than an hour from Houston.
