Last year, Charles truly knocked office leasing out of the ballpark with the lease of 1.8 million square feet of space as well as a 358,138 square foot lease for LyondellBasell’s headquarters at One Houston Center.
And for the first time, the Heavy Hitters section is recognizing a Rookie-of-the-Year, Kevin Saxe of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, for always going the extra mile for his clients.
