Congratulations to NAIOP Broker of the Year Winners
The top commercial real estate professionals were recognized last night by the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as the organization announced the winners of its annual Broker of the Year Awards.
The Industrial Deal of the Year award was presented to the CBRE team headed by Joseph Smith, Ed Frantz and Patrick Rollins for the largest single industrial transaction in 2016. Office Deal of the Year honors went to Tim Relyea and Kevin Snodgrass of Cushman & Wakefield for representing the Houston-based American Bureau of Shipping in its 326,000-square-foot lease at CityPlace 2 in Springwoods Village.
Industrial and Office Rising Star Awards, awarded to brokers with five or less years of experience, were bestowed to Jake Wilkinson of NAI Partners and Wayne McCulloch of CBRE.
Patrick Rollins with CBRE was recognized as Industrial Broker of the Year. Brandon Clarke with CBRE received Office Broker of the Year accolades.
