Another corporate headquarters has found a home in Westway Park. USFR Media Group will move into the 30,000-square foot building they acquired earlier this year at 11150 Equity Drive, becoming the fourth company over the last year to relocate operations to the 150-acre master-planned development by Wolff Companies located on Clay Road and the West Sam Houston Tollway.

Having recently purchased KTBU-TV Channel 55 “The Tube” and Channel 55 Production Company Inc., USFR will broadcast programming for both KTBU andAmerica One Television Network, another USFR Media Group holding, from its new base in Westway Park.
KTBU-TV Channel 55 is available over the air, on cable and satellite networks, while America One Television Network has 167 affiliates nationwide.
The property had been home to News 24 Houston until 2004. The facility offers a high-tech headquarters suitable for broadcasting in leading-edge digital media.
Westway Park’s location puts it in the crosshairs of a high-tech hub reaching from the Energy Corridor to the west, to software and computer hardware giants on the north and south, and on fast-growing residential communities on the West and near Northwest. Its campus-like environment has attracted multibillion-dollar companies, such as the Cameron Division of Cooper Cameron, Invensys, and BJ Services.
Offering an attractive mix of retail, hotel accommodations and luxury apartments, and the green oasis created by the award-winning Carolyn Wolff Park nature preserve, Westway Park continues to be a magnet for new corporate relocation and development.
More than 90% of Westway Park land has been sold, and is either occupied or under development. For more information on Westway Park or any other Wolff Companies properties in the Houston area, please give me a call.
