New Southwest Houston business park leases up, plus more transactions

Houston-based Gauge Real Estate Partners broke ground on a 95,886-square-foot industrial building at Interwood South Parkway and Heathrow Forest Parkway on 6.9 acres in the 440-acre Interwood Business Park, just south of George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The project team includes Powers Brown Architecture and Rosenberger Construction. Jason Dillee and Nathan Wynne of CBRE are marketing the Gauge Interwood Logistics building for sale or lease. Completion is planned in the first quarter of 2024.
