Current Projects

Our current projects include Beacon Hill located on US 290 in Waller County along with Central Park and Ten Oaks located on Interstate 10 in the heart of West Houston.

Beacon Hill is a pristine 587-acre parcel of land located directly on the north side of U.S. 290 between FM 362 and James R. Muse Parkway. Wolff Companies has begun development of a business park on the 294 acres abutting the freeway and has already implemented water, sewer and drainage infrastructure. Future uses range from light industrial and distribution to office, multifamily and retail. The northernmost 270 acres of the tract have been purchased by Long Lake Ltd. to develop a master-planned residential community featuring approximately 870 homes in this growing region with access to great schools, jobs and lifestyle.

Central Park and Ten Oaks are located in the heart of the thriving West Houston real estate market, which is home to multinational corporations such as BP, Shell, The Wood Group, Sysco and The Friedkin Group. Other key amenities include excellent school districts, high-end housing in the Memorial Villages and master planned communities such as Cinco Ranch and Cross Creek Ranch, as well as world-class shopping and dining in City Centre and Town and Country.

Our Central Park development is the largest parcel of freeway frontage land open for development in The Energy Corridor and has the added advantages of excellent access from Interstate 10 and the Interstate 10 Managed Lanes, as well as the benefits of directly abutting the greenery and hike and bike trails of Terry Hershey Park.

Ten Oaks, located alongside the Texas Medical Center – West Campus, is home to the western campus of Texas Children’s Hospital and The Methodist Hospital West Campus, which total more than 1.25 million square feet and represent an investment of more than $800 million by both institutions.
