Our current projects include Central Park and Ten Oaks, both located in The Energy Corridor. The Corridor is one of the country’s strongest markets, with over 21 million square feet of office space and more on the way. Central Park is the largest parcel of land open for development in this thriving sub-market and has the added advantages of excellent access from Interstate 10 and the Interstate 10 Managed Lanes, as well as having permanent green space on two sides.
Ten Oaks is located alongside the Texas Medical Center – West Campus, where Texas Children’s Hospital has over 500,000 square feet and The Methodist Hospital has almost 816,000 square feet with another 228,700 square feet under construction.
We also have expanded even further west, with Liendo Park near Hempstead and Gates Ranch near Chappell Hill. Liendo Park is located at the intersection of Liendo Parkway and the highly-traveled U.S. 290, where it benefits from the increased traffic between Houston and College Station, as well as between Houston and Austin. Gates Ranch is a rural residential community, a 1,500-acre “community of family farms” in Washington County, just minutes from historic Chappell Hill and Washington-on-the-Brazos, the birthplace of Texas.
