Designed to echo the traditional, red brick firehouse, the full-service financial institution will serve Houston firefighters, retirees and their immediate families. Joe Jacobs of Jacobs-Keller Architecture, is the project designer.

Interwood’s strategic location at Sam Houston Parkway (North Beltway 8) and John F. Kennedy Boulevard, between Interstate 45 and U.S. 59 makes it a convenient corporate office/business park address for a wide range of businesses. FM 525, a six-lane thoroughfare, also connects Interwood to I-45, Hardy Toll Roadand U.S. 59.

Careful preservation of natural habitat and well-conceived architectural covenants earned Interwood national recognition and an enthusiastic following of high quality tenants, owners, and employees. Interwood is perfect for a variety of complimentary uses including office, service center, hotel, conference center, retail, and warehouse/distribution. The few remaining available sites range from 2 to 16 acres.
