Clinton Investments has completed construction on its newest property, Holiday Inn & Suites Westway Park, located in Wolff Companies’ Westway Park, a 150-acre master-planned office park.
Located near the intersection of Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road on a two-acre tract of land adjoining Carolyn Wolff Park, the Holiday Inn & Suites is a 122-room, five-story hotel reflecting the iconic brand’s new contemporary design. Strategically located to cater to business travellers and families visiting West Houston, the hotel features a full-service restaurant, business center, fitness center, pool and activity area.
The new Hotel Inn & Suites Westway Park joins neighbor La Quinta in providing business travelers accommodations within walking distance of the Park’s major tenants.
With 3,230 square feet of divisible meeting space, the hotel provides the largest meeting room in the area with seating for up to 255 people. Full catering, audio-visual service and professional planning is available.
