2012 NAIOP Broker of the Year Awards

Top commercial real estate professionals were recognized last night by the Houston Chapter of NAIOP – The Commercial Real Estate Development Association as the organization announced the winners of its annual Broker of the Year Awards.

  • The Industrial Deal of the Year award was presented to Gray Gilbert and Bill Rudolf of CBRE for the Jacobson Warehouse lease in 2011.  Office Deal of the Year honors went toTim Relyea and Joe Peddie with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas for the Shell Oil lease.
  • Jones Lang LaSalle Americas was recognized with the Pacesetter Award.
  • Industrial and Office Rising Star Awards were bestowed to David Buescher of Stream Realty and Josh Cheatham with NAI Houston, respectively.
  • Graham Horton with Stream Realty was recognized as Industrial Broker of the Year and Charles Gordon of CBRE received Officer Broker of the Yearaccolades.

Wolff Companies commends each of these individuals for their outstanding work in the commercial real estate sector.  Each of these professionals demonstrates the highest qualities in their profession.  While 2011 was a year of change for the industry, these professionals demonstrated the passion, integrity and fortitude to succeed even with great challenges in the economy.
