Office

Scott Davis has purchased a 1,510-square-foot building at 17015 Seven Pines in Spring. Gloria Parrino of Betz Commercial Brokerage represented the seller, Arnold and Norma Rodriguez Family Limited Partnership.

Industrial

Northwinds Commercial Realty announced the $7.6 million investment sale of 1720 N. Sam Houston Parkway to an undisclosed buyer. The 20,250-square-foot building on 8.5 acres building is occupied by Boral Bricks. Dylan K. Schopper of Northwinds Commercial Realty represented the seller, 1720 NSH Partners. Bill Ginder and Keith Edwards of Caldwell Cos. represented the buyer.

CWER Properties has purchased a 6,363-square-foot building on 3.9 acres at 2610 Spring Cypress in Spring. Reed Vestal and Taylor Schmidt of Lee & Associates represented the seller. James Robertson of Workspace Real Estate represented the buyer.

An undisclosed buyer has purchased a 60,000-square-foot office/warehouse at 4610 Brittmoore. Jim Autenreith and Dan Nguyen of Moody Rambin represented the seller. Patrick McKiernan of First Houston Properties represented the buyer.

Land

Wolff Cos. has sold 86.7 acres along Texas 36 in Brenham to Stylecraft Builders, a homebuilder based in College Station, for future development. David Hightower of Wolff Cos. represented the seller. Stylecraft builds in eight markets, including Ralston Creek in Brenham, with homes from $180,000 to $380,000. The company’s CTX Land Investments affiliate acquired the land from Wolff Washington County Partners, an affiliate of Wolff Cos. Doug French of Stylecraft represented the buyer.

Leases

Office

Delta General Agency has renewed a lease for 12,759 square feet at Loop Central II, 4848 Loop Central Drive. Louis Rosenthal and Anya Marmuscak of JLL represented the tenant. David Baker and Amanda Lee App of Transwestern represented the landlord, TIER REIT.

Astrodome Educational Services has leased 5,758 square feet at 2656 S. Loop West. Ami Figg of NAI Partners represented the landlord, Forbes Land Corp. Jack Hooper of Hooper Realty represented the tenant, Astrodome Educational Services.

Minces has leased 1,635 square feet at the 4545 Bissonnet office building. Doug Freedman of United Equities represented the landlord, Beaumont Development Group. Belvoir Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
