MD Anderson Cancer Center Coming to Central Park in Houston

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is developing a 175,000 square foot facility in Central Park near Houston’s Energy Corridor. The outpatient diagnostic and treatment center will be the first phase of their development of their 34.5 acre campus, part of the master planned development by Wolff Companies. The $113.75 million facility will be MD Anderson’s first freestanding clinical building outside of the Houston Medical Center and is expected to start in 2016 and open in 2018. MD Anderson is the first occupant of the Central Park development, which will be used for high end offices, multifamily units, hotels, retail, and healthcare related facilities.
