David Wolff: 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award winner

There’s a common theme among those who have worked with local real estate developer David Wolff — the man behind Houston’s Park 10 Regional Business Center and Westway Park.

Wolff has come a long way since he and former partner Neil Morgan formed what was then called Wolff Morgan and Co. in 1970. The pair had worked together for Brookhollow, the real estate subsidiary of Texas Industries Inc.
